NEW BUSINESS:
Larry Greene, RLA,Thompson-Liston Associates, Inc.filed a Notice of Intent for NEADS, they proposes to construct a 8,000 s.f. building addition, a parking lot, and related renovations to an existing buildings, and accessible walkways to connect buildings on its campus. Within the 100-foot buffer zone, site improvements include a portion of a new parking area and construction of some portions of the proposed storm water management system and within the 200’ Riverfront area the alteration is the associated grading for the construction of a rain garden.
A request for a phone call to Michele Padula, APR Program – 617-626-1758 for Ruth Smith to sell an Agricultural Preservation Restriction on her property on Hubbardston Road.
